These Terms and Conditions apply to the BattleFlow mobile app (the “Application”), provided by Baru Software Co (“we”, “our”, or “us”) as a free-to-download service with optional paid subscriptions.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

All rights, title, and interest in the Application (including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property) remain with Baru Software Co and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works, or otherwise misuse the Application except as permitted by law.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time, including features, data sources, and subscription offerings. We may also change pricing for paid features, and any charges will be presented clearly before purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your device and access credentials secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so may reduce security and affect app functionality.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms:

Some features require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for limited functionality caused by connectivity issues, carrier restrictions, outages, or lack of data allowance.

When using the Application, your mobile carrier or app store terms may also apply. You are responsible for any data usage fees, roaming fees, or purchase charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baru Software Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Application.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page.
